No Shows & Late Cancels
We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointments within 1 day of your appointment. Cancelling, no showing or rescheduling an appointment within 1 day of the scheduled appointment time may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and have a few minutes to sit and relax in our lounge area. For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out new client paperwork. If you arrive more than 9 minutes past your appointment start time, we may have to reschedule or shorten your service time. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
Appointment Reservations
We require a card on file for all appointment reservations. This card will not be charged, but used as a place holder for a speedy checkout after your appointment or if our No Show & Late Cancel policy is to be enforced. You are always welcome to use a different card at checkout as well.
