  • Intake Forms - After booking your appointment, our system will send you a massage intake form to be completed online. This helps us to ensure the most relaxing experience, tailored to your needs as well as addressing any specific health concerns. Please complete these prior to arrival to ensure all of your appointment time can be spent making you feel your best.

  • Communication is Key - Your comfort is our priority! If you have any preferences regarding pressure, areas of focus, or if you're feeling discomfort at any point during the session, please let your therapist know. We want to ensure your massage feels as sweet as you are.

  • Dress Comfortably - We recommend wearing comfortable clothing or undressing to your level of comfort. Robes are provided in the treatment room. During your session, your therapist will respect your privacy and only expose areas being worked on.

  • Professionalism & Safety - Comfort and safety for our clients and staff are our top priorities. If, at any time, you or your therapist feel uncomfortable, the session will be respectfully ended. Our therapists are trained to provide the highest level of professional care and are committed to creating a respectful, safe, and comfortable environment for all.

  • Health Considerations - Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries. It’s important that we adjust our techniques to avoid aggravating any conditions. If you’re pregnant, let us know, as we offer special prenatal massage techniques to support your changing body.

  • Hydrate - Drinking plenty of water before and after your massage helps flush toxins from your body and ensures optimal muscle recovery. Feel free to hydrate with our complimentary water after your session.

  • Relax & Unwind - We recommend you allow yourself some time to relax after your session. Whether it’s a few minutes in our sweet lobby or a quiet moment at home, giving your body time to absorb the benefits of the massage will leave you feeling your best.

  • Massage Frequency -To maintain long-term benefits, regular massage is highly recommended. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, relieve pain, or simply unwind, incorporating massage into your wellness routine can improve your overall well-being.
